Moving Mask Cursor

Today we will add 2 lines of Action Script code to create this easy yet powerful effect: 





The following code will go on its own Action Script layer:

Mouse.hide(); 

cursor.startDrag(true); 

The bottom layer will consist of a photo...let's use the ocean photo below. Just Copy and Paste in Center (Ctrl + V)
