Rotation Tool

Go to the video if you forgot how to use the Rotation Tool.
 

  • Make a custom shape with your pen tool.

    • Create a "unit shape"...use the rotate tool to create the clockwise/counter-clockwise overlapping copies of the above shape.
    • Here's the effect:
